God's Plan for Swine Flu - Nature's Penicillin

     With all the hype in the news today regarding the swine flu and it's potential threat, it's good to know that God has an answer. The Word of God says: "If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statues, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee." Exodus 15:26 God's plan is to educate, upbuild, and restore. "The use of natural remedies requires an amount of care and effort that many are not willing to give. Nature's process of healing and upbuilding is gradual, and to the impatient it seems slow. The surrender of hurtful indulgences requires sacrifice. But in the end it will be found that nature, untrammeled, does her work wisely and well. Those who persevere in obedience to her laws will reap the reward in health of body and health of mind." Counsels On Diet and Foods p. 301 The following natural remedy has been proven to be very effective for many years. I have personally used it for more than 6 years and I believe it will work even for the swine flu. It has been effectively used for: colds, flu, sore throat, infections, respiratory problems, and a general immune system strengthener.

1 Grapefruit (don't peel)

1 Orange (don't peel)

2 Lemons (wash thoroughly, don't peel on)

3 Cloves of Garlic

1/2 large Onion

3 drops Peppermint Oil

1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (if heavily congested)


Cut fruit and onion into pieces. Place in a blender and mix well. You may need to add a little bit of water and if you do, add just enough to get the blender to turn.

Dosage: Adults - one cup a day Children - 1/2 cup a day.

This amount is not take all at once, but a spoonful at a time periodically throughout the day, until the total amount desired has been consumed. Pour remainder into glass jar and keep refrigerated. When ready to use, warm slightly in a saucepan before serving.

The biggest factor that determines how well you age is not your genes but how well you live. Not convinced? A new study of 20,000 British citizens published in the British Medical Journal shows that you can cut your risk of having a stroke in half by doing the following four things: being active for 30 minutes a day, eating five daily servings of fruit and vegetables, and avoiding cigarettes and excess alcohol.

While those are some of the obvious steps you can take to age well, researchers have discovered that centenarians tend to share certain traits in how they eat, move about, and deal with stress—the sorts of things we can emulate to improve our own aging process. Of course, getting to age 100 is enormously more likely if your parents did. Still, Thomas Perls, M.D., M.P.H., who studies the century-plus set at Boston University School of Medicine, believes that assuming you've side-stepped genes for truly fatal diseases like Huntington's, "there's nothing stopping you from living independently well into your 90s." Heck, if your parents and grandparents were heavy smokers, they might have died prematurely without ever reaching their true potential lifespan, so go ahead and shoot for those triple digits.
